Unity Dance Ballet: Fridays 4:30-5:25pm
Join our Unity Dance Ballet Class, where peers with and without disabilities come together to explore the beauty of ballet. This beginner to intermediate level class focuses on fostering inclusivity and friendship through the art of dance. Dancers will learn fundamental ballet techniques, and integrated choreography that emphasizes highlighting each other’s strengths and teamwork, and enjoy a supportive and encouraging environment. Whether you're new to ballet or looking to enhance your skills, this class is perfect for everyone who loves to dance and connect with others.
Registration Availability:
Spaces for 5 dancers experiencing disabilities who will receive support from a buddy during the class. (ages 4 and up)
Spaces for 5-10 dancers who are not experiencing disabilities who can participate mostly independently. (ages 5-12)
10-week session ending in performance
(First two classes are small group, sign up on link in email)
Performance on June 6th @ Flagler College Auditorium
*pink tights and pink ballet shoes needed
